From my long experience with rayon that has only happened when the wick is not thick enough and sometimes when pulling it through the coil pulls it apart a little. I am careful about the wick being long strands and no partial lengths to it. I find using a very thick, uniform wick is best. I...
I found a white box of them in my work desk drawer last week. I can probably find more in my stash boxes around the house. Really took me for a trip back in time.
I think I had the fuchais and the 213s. Three or four. I rode them hard (used a lot but I am not really tough on mods) but they all failed. My first regulated mods that failed if I remember correctly. Loved the shape and feel. If I remember right there was some controversy about the...
The ones I carry out of the house are single battery SBSs. At home it is usually a dual battery box like the Odin dna I am using now. I have 21700 SBSs but find myself using the 18650 SBSs mainly these days for easy of carry and how well the kumos fit on them.
I have gathered a lot of boxes and tubes over the years but find the compact size of SBSs perfect for me. I use a double 21700 at home for battery life but out of the house it is always a kumo on a kizoku techmod or dovpo college. Very compact and work in my bags/pockets easily. I use my box...
Very glad I picked up multiples of this setup as it is what I find myself carrying everyday. .59 3mm alien at 25 watts. I am hoping this internal feed design is expanded on. I would love to have one a bit taller to hold more liquid.
.7 worked better for me. Just not enough airflow for the hotter ones IMO.
I have 3 now and am considering a little hole enlargement on one but it would be minor because the holes are right next to each other.
Maybe experiment with plain, simple coils to dial in the resistance/diameter...
For me the Kumo works best with a .65 or higher coil. I have a 3mm .7 coil in now and enjoy it more than the hotter ones I tried first. IMO the cabeo has a lot more airflow and can take a lower coil. I should really try a 2.5 coil and see how that works in the Kumo. If you are good at...
The FT code got me too.
Ordered a 3rd Kumo, another reload mtl and various other bits.
I may try to drill out the middle two air holes on one of the Kumos. Just a bit.
They are more leak-resistant than my Cabeos but much more restricted in draw.
check total and purchase a gift card via paypal to use. I think shipping is free for most orders at least $25.
I noticed that if an internal battery is involved there is a shipping fee of a few dollars. Typically 2.5 to 4 weeks mostly for delivery. I think there is a new discount code...
