sorry for your unfortunate luck. I am patiently waiting for my new 510 . i can easily get parts for it and they are a lot cheaper.

Well, they finally answered my email. They are beyond my places never to think about again. Their customer service is horrible and they dont care at all after they make the sell. I guess they to not care one flip about repeat business.

I was wondering if you ever got a hold our lovely seller and if so how. Apparently I am being ignored right now. Just love their customer service.

hope so because I have now lost a battery. I think it is the pressure switch inside. no matter what I do i can not get the light to come on when i draw on it. the atomizer will also not engage. I have also been researching and came across the same thing. It is very frustrating. Mine is working pretty good now but it would be nice to order cheaper parts than from the original web site. Their prices are unreasonable high for spare parts.

Did you find out what the original model number is? I am still wondering so I can get some more accessories without spending another arm and leg. I have managed to get mine working better though. Modified the cart a little and it is doing alot better now>
