I think its much better for you to go to the thread where you find that regulator that I'm not familiar with. The resister that regulators uses vary from one to the other so without knowing your regulator, I can't help you in any way.

This is an old video and I don't have that atty anymore. I think it is 510 Lr and my voltage is about 4 -4.5 volts.

It's like that I suppose but its not all that. Underneath is a plastic juice catch that surrounds the atty. The hardening clay that I used is not good because its not that hard when fully cured.
