look the problem, as roly was saying, is ie is so far behind that we would be taking 6 steps back, and it'd make it not function for every other browser. I can't see it being fixed for ie. Theres just too many negatives to even start.

Forget about how much you may like something and decide if you want functionality or not? Try opera, like what roly was saying? Try chrome?

Firefox has the option to import all settings from ie. Seriously, give it a go. Plus, there area lot of addons such as adblock plus which are really good.
