Thanks Kemo, I went ahead and got some 500X500 mesh and gave it a shot. Mesh is a bit tricky to work with compared to cotton, but the payoff was worth it IMO. I'm not sure if it burns thru juice quicker or it is jusyt drawing more up than the cotton did though. Great flavor and vapor though.

I had the same issue when I got into RDA's. I was using too much wick. It tasted so bad I all but gave up on cotton. Then one day I gave it another shot and I started using less and less and finally got it figured out. It is surprising how little cotton you need to use.
