I don't have any problems with my Aerotank leaking or gurgling. I've found that changing the drip tip AFTER assembly and adding juice can cause problems. Make sure both the air control value, and coil is clean, when refilling- this means removing all eliquid sticky- every refill. I had problems...

I suggest a Vision Spinner 2 battery, and either a mini Protank 2.5, or a mini Aerotank. The Spinner 2 holds a charge for 2 days, and that's with heavy vaping. My husband prefers top fill clearos like a C4, but I can't dial the voltage up enough on my Spinner battery and many ejuices are plastic...
