oh ok let me see if I got this...so mix the VG i'm going to use 4.5 ml and 16 drops of vodka shlosh it around so it mixes well then add in 1.5 ml of PG to that mix. Then add mix the PG with nic, VG/PG without nic, and flavoring shlosh it around, and it should be the right consistancy and nic mg...

but wouldn't glycerin and flavoring and vodka do that itself?
