I've noticed something but it's probably not part of the problem. When I adjust the temp it says 75w at the bottom. But when I got to wattage, it reads the 21w. Also says 21w VW when I push fire button

I just set it at 12w and virtually nothing comes out. I've attached a photo of the exact unit. Btw I've tried the tank it comes with, and it's the same result almost no vapor comes through.
