I don't think I'm going to be saving any money.......

I jumped in with both feet and spent around $1800 before I was done. Since then, about 4 months into vaping, I've only bought juice and maybe 2 newer tanks and coil heads for them. Total about $2000. I have given away about $200+ in juices that I didn't care for and about $200 to $300 in tanks...

    Question about watts/volts and ohms

They vape at 50 watts by using a very LOW Ohm coils, Sub Ohm (That's Sub 1 ohm coils). Somewhere in the .3 to .1 ohms (that is POINT 3, as in 3 tenths, to POINT 1, as in 1 tenth, of an ohm). If you do the math 50 watts from a .3 ohm coil is only 3.87+ volts. With a .2 it is 3.16+ volts and a .1...

    tugboat 1.5 ohm dual coils?

3/32 and 2.5mm is just about the same. About .005 difference the 2.5mm being slightly larger. But it is all up to you. I use a 3/32 drill bit and it works for me. 8 wraps of 28 gauge give me 1.4 ohms.

    tugboat 1.5 ohm dual coils?

In all honesty if you are going to be using a coil, or dual coils which will be harder, at the 1.5 - 1.8 range you will be better off using a single coil in that range. To get that range with dual coils each coil would need to be 3 to 3.6 ohms. The only way to get that high of ohmage is to use...

    Coil help...please

8 or 9 wraps around a 3/32 drill bit will give you 1.4 to 1.6 ohms respectively. Those are TIGHT wraps and the finished coil heated with a torch and squeezed together. Then placed on your atty and fired and squeezed again, No wick in the coil when doing the initial firing and squeezing on the...

    Quitting smoking

Bottom line is you REALLY NEED to WANT to quit smoking. Stop buying cigarettes. Every time you think about having a real cigarette VAPE, VAPE, VAPE. But all of that won't work IF "YOU" don't really want to quit. For me "I" really really really wanted to quit smoking. I started with Blu-Cig...

    Coil Question

After reading your 2 posts to this thread I suggest you do some Googling on Parallel and Series circuit wiring and for a reference to Ohms Law. What you are doing can be dangerous to you and people around you if you do not understand how a parallel and series circuits work, how vaping at low...

    Nautilus rubber gasket swelling

I would say the one that is swelling is a Knock Off and not a really Aspire tank. Or it could be the juice you are using. I have both the standard, large, and Mini Nautilus and neither do this.

    Vaping Power Chart

Those charts are NOT obsolete. They are a Starting Point. What you vape at and what I vape at are totally different. It all depends on the thickness of the juice, the coil resistance, how that juice is wicked to the coil and air flow to the coil along with if you like a warm to hot vape or...

A couple more Aspire Atlantis Q's

Wicking material is probably the same as used in all the other, NEW, BVC's that Aspire is using. It is a ceramic material. I clean my Nautilus and standard BCV by running them under very hot water and then use one of those between the tooth/gum brushes to clean out the center of the coil. I...

    CVS Vape Alarm

Don't know what else you had on you but a Battery Holding device for a personal vaporizer would not set off the store merchandise alarm.

Taking it Up Again - Reactions?

I have to agree with your Mom. If you got off and stayed off cigarette using a PV and then quit vaping also why would you want to go back? I've been vaping for about 9 months and cigarette free for 7+ months. I am now down to about 1.5-2 MG of Nicotine in my juice and have cut down on the...

    Let's talk about power.

Any Atty on a Mech will give you a different Vape depending on the charge of the battery. Higher wattage/voltage with a freshly charged battery and less as the battery charge drains. A regulated Mod give you the same vape whether the battery is fully charged or nearly drained of the charge. So...

Looking to buy multiple cleros that use the same coils. best options?

I have both size Nautilus tanks with their BVC from Aspire and both work very well. I also use the Aspire ET/s tanks with the newest BVC for that style of tank and they are very good also. To get more airflow on the ET tanks I have drilled out one of the air inlet holes. You will get tons of...

Any body know what these are and how to rebuild?

They look like the head used in a Eleaf iJust tank. I have one of those tanks and as far as I can tell the head do not come apart without breaking them.

Nautilus BVC coils - Very moist vapor, or getting juice in mouth?

What voltage and or wattage are you running these coils at? If it is in the 3.2 - 3.6 volt range, and or in the 5.6/6.4 - 7.2/8.1 wattage range, you need to UP the volts/watts to somewhere in the 3.8 to 4.2 range. I'm running both nautilus's, Mini and Standard size, and the older ET tanks with...

BVC coils - ignore charts ??

Ignore the chart? Maybe. But it is still a good starting point. Ignore people that state you MUST or it is BEST to use any E-Liquid atomizer at X, Y or Z voltage? Yes most definitely. Find your own sweet spot for the atomizer, ohm coil and juice you are using. This isn't a contest. It is a...
