Will a 900mah "ego" battery hold up running a 2ohm carto?

Two months with Mistics, 808s, egos with cartomizers, Kanger M3s and mini protank 2s. I really like the size of the ego batteries and don't see myself going to anything larger in the near future. Well maybe not.
