How to Organize a Flavoring Collection?

I also found a medicine cabinet by the side of the road. We live in an apartment, so mounting it to a wall or in one was not an option. So I built a brace for the cabinet with 2x2's and 2x4's and the cabinet sits on 2 "feet" made of 1/2" x 4" boards about 9" long. The feet are attached to the...

    Angelcigs

I ordered from them early Friday morning, my stuff arrived today. I'm sure your goodies will arrive in the next day or so. I rarely rely on tracking because it's often times not correct, my stuff either comes in earlier than expected or on time, with an occasional package delayed. Often times...

Anyone planning to stop vaping eventually?

The quick answer is no. The longer answer is I enjoy all the aspects of vaping that I'm into, diy juice, rebuilding my Kayfun, it's a hobby. When I first started smoking analogs 34 years ago, I enjoyed them...for awhile. Then as the ugly side effects started showing up, it lost it's appeal, but...

Just ordered a Vamo V5 and a Kayfun 3.1, and needs some advice before it gets here.

I have a V2 in my hand right now with a EHPro Kayfun3.1 clone. Coil is built using 30g Kanthal with organic cotton as the wick. I use a tight coil placed on the diagonal on the deck. Originally wrapped at 1.8 ohms, but after 2 1/2 months is showing 1.9 ohms using the up power function. Battery...

How old are you and how long did you smoke

Male, 50, smoked my first analog at 11, bought my first pack for 40 cents out of a vending machine at a gas station at age 15. Paid $5.50 for my last pack 2/6/14. PAD habit kicked same day I started vaping with an eGo. Blu didn't work in 2013 for me. Not enough vapor, not enough flavor(s).

Beginner mixing tip - I just learned

I also use WL for my nic although, Hoosier, I will check out Vapers Tek. I haven't been mixing for long, started in March of this year. I learned a lot over in another forum and continue to gather more knowledge here. I do not in the least consider myself to be an expert, but I do consider...

    New to Vaping/Forum

The EVOD II is a real good bet, maybe a dollar more than the EVOD, but well worth it. Uses the new bottom dual coil heads and is glass, whereas I believe the original EVOD is plastic. Technically, anything from the Kanger line is worth the money...but as stated before, the replacement coils are...

Beginner mixing tip - I just learned

The steeping process as I understand it, is to allow flavors time to mix/meld. Fruity flavors generally require a day or two, more complex flavor combos and darker colored flavorings generally take longer, up to a week or two depending on taste. Cap off seems to be the favored way, but I've also...

32 years of smoking...down the drain

I hear of some people that have reactions to one or another of the ingredients in the e-liquid. Most don't and I don't remember which one is which, but I think if you reduce the pg in your e-liquid that might take care of that. Hopefully some other better informed members can either verify that...

    Saying hello from Asheville, NC

Depends on what you're looking for as far as the drive! They have a real good selection of flavors and will mix it in pretty much any % you want, his standard is 70pg/30vg. The guy that builds coils there for RBA/RDAs prefers 100% VG and gets his juice on site, so probably is worth looking into...

32 years of smoking...down the drain

Thank you for the welcome, I'm happy to be here, and I'm happy to be analog free. One of the reasons I joined the forum was for the support. Not just for myself, but what I can give others who don't have as many notches in the belt yet. I do feel good about where I am with quitting smoking. My...

    Saying hello from Asheville, NC

I'm up the valley from you and new to the forum, but not as new to vaping. Have you checked out Dark City Vapor in Black Mountain? They're on 70 in the WNC shopping center. Fairly good prices, great staff, and a good bit of local flavors at a reasonable price. They are also carrying RBAs and...

    Old guy, new to vaping

Welcome to the world of vaping! It is a pleasurable ride, even for us older salts... Sounds a lot like me, lots of research and reading done before diving in. I think it's a good way to get the feet wet. You said that you were thinking about getting another charger...might I offer a...

Getting more into rebuilds need some advice.

I'm running an EHPRO Kayfun 3.1 clone on my V2. I'm using it on the watts settings and run between 9-10 watts for my sweet spot. My coil is running about 1.8 ohms which seems to work well. You don't want to go below about 1.6. even though the Vamos say they can run all the way down to 1.3...

40 years of cigs, 4 weeks clean now

15 weeks here, it gets easier, better, and well, cheaper I guess, although I have yet to realize any savings. Lots of stuff to show for it, though!!! Keep up the great work and know there are a lot of us going through it with you at various different stages. Vape On, brother!

    six weeks smoke free

It only gets better from here...I have been off the analogs for almost 15 weeks now and I feel better than I have in years. I can smell and taste again, the way things were meant to be, breathing is no longer a chore, no more hacking in the morning and evening...it goes on and on how much better...

32 years of smoking...down the drain

Thank you! I understand and feel completely what you said right there...It is an end to a horrible habit and a beginning to a good hobby. Making my own juice is a blast, having been a chef in my early years, I enjoy working with flavors and creating... As far as the miracle...AMEN. I am...

Thank you!! I do like it around here, tremendous amount of info available and the people I've met so far seem like really great people. I plan on being around for a good while and learn as much as I can. The more I know, the better I can share with others who might want to add a few more...

32 years of smoking...down the drain

I can't imagine having anymore fun than I already am. In the 4 months I've been vaping I have learned and applied much! When I first started in Feb. my timetable for diy juice was the beginning of 2015 and possibly buying my first mod by then as well. Didn't plan on the Kayfun either until much...
