Well that was an entertaining read. Remarkable how fast folks can get spun up over a troll trying to accomplish exactly that.

I recently started mixing by weight. I got tired of all the syringes and clean up associated with mixing by volume. I have to say mixing by weight is super easy and there is hardly any clean up at all. I have found that I can mix a lot more juice in far less time. I also use this calculator...

Same here. I dab from time to time away from here but this is usually where I hang my hat. Plus, it has the best coffee in the house ;)

Holy crap. Walk away from the forum for a couple weeks and spend 4 hours catching up... lol. Oh, BTW I just got my 10 Tobeco KFv5's so now I think I am ready for August :)

    Mike n Tibs DNA Mods!

Exactly! Every time I see a Jonnie post I spend the next two hours searching CNC machines online and devising ways in my head to sell the idea on the Mrs. One can dream.

I got some Clapton from Lightning Vapes to give it a try. I got the 36 kanthal wrapped with 26 316SS. The nice thing is that LV has CSV files for all their wire including the Clapton. I just got the wire and threw a build in one of my Kayfun 4's. So far it is not too bad. The flavor is really...

Attack of the (Kayfun Mini V3) Clones!

I just ordered two of these. I have been waiting for the Tobeco Kayfun V5, but decided to get these as well.

Thanks Mackman. Thanks Awsum, I wish I had a 0-80 tap around here. Gonna go with a torx bit I think. Thanks KTM. Picked this up at Home Depot and it worked like a champ. Finished my wife's new DNA 75. Thanks for all the info.

So I finally got around to building the ModCrate blemish 900. I filed down the buttons and sanded done the 3 mounting pads to remove the anodizing. Just when I thought victory was in sight I went to install the 3 self-tapping screws that came with the enclosure. These appear to be the smallest...

They just sent the email this morning with the tracking number. I would think you would be ahead of me since you ordered a day before. Or, it's like you say, Steamer's luck is rubbing off on you

I haven't started the build yet. Probably tomorrow after I finish rebuilding my friends DNA 40. I did see that the buttons need to be filed down, like you said it isn't that much off. Thanks for the offer on the pan heads. I have some that will work but I am thinking about using magnets instead...

I got my "blemished" enclosure from mod crate for $28 to do a DNA75 build for my wife. I really don't know what is so blemished about it, because it looks fine to me. I also got a couple of their 510s since the box was already drilled for them. They are pretty hefty. The spring seems pretty...
