The Chi and King use 21*1 threading. Only two that do from my understanding. Then nemesis is the only I know using the 20.5*.5 threading. Most new mods today and most authentic mods now days are 20*1 threading, that's what I was looking. Thanks again though.
Unfortunately the nemesis is not 20*1 threading. It has very tiny threads compared to beefy 20*1 threads like Gus mods, caravela, jm22, paps, etc..
Thanks for the help though
I'm sure it'd be an easy fix once you took apart the switch. I still use it mostly as a flashlight so I haven't attempted taking it apart. Might actually do that when I get home and check it out.
I've actually been looking at a hybrid kit for 20*1 threaded mods. I've seen most for around $30, any place I can find a kit any cheaper? Looks like some come with more parts than others, any suggestions?
SPBALLER is right. Any kind of penatrating lube should work. Hit up a Walmart, they should have some. If it was me, I'd go to the 24hr one by my house right now. Ha. Did you order this online or buy locally? If locally, definitely return it. I have two foggers v4 and haven't had any...
Its times like these when I wish I could be there with the person to help them out because I know exactly how frustrating it is when something so simple will just not work right. All you want to do is vape that beast, and can't. Just curious can you post a picture yet?
I haven't ran into that problem yet. I'm sure you could use two needle nose pliers and grab the post with one and grab the screw head with the other and separate them, you would think. See if that works and if it doesn't post again I'm sure one of us can figure out the quick and easy method...
Believe it or not it has a beast of a spring inside that switch. But it's not something I'm going to use when sub ohmimg. Actually probably something I won't use much at all, more of like a novelty item really. That it takes 18650 batteries is also a pretty cool.
It's a cheap, durable, super bright light too. Saw them on ebay for less than $10 with free shipping and ordered another one. It's a cool mod and good flashlight. It really looks like a mod only though when a top cap is on it. All my top caps sit flush on the top of the battery tube with...
That's what I was thinking. I was able to hunt down that picture. This is why I questioned those new mods. It does look like the Lord and kiss are sitting just a little bit higher but they are both extended to some degree. It definitely seems like they would be quite a bit shorter if...
So after a little over a week waiting, I finally got added to the group where the list was up for the Lord Special Edition. UGH... Just missed this beauty by few days it looks like. Any how, I do love my lord but he definitely needed an all SS brother.
About the Lord SE WK, it looks a...
Those all look great! So while you are torching you can actually see the color it is at? I was thinking it would just get that black burnt stuff on it at first and cover up the color till you wiped it off, kinda like when putting a lighter towards metal and that black color appears? Give or...
They both are great tanks, just find what works for you. The only way to do this is by trying different setups and tanks, it's all subjective. I will say this though, soon as you go to rebuildable tanks you will never look back. The flavor you get from a rebuildable is 10 times what you would...
Seems you are moving along and upgrading rather quickly like I did. When you want more, you want more . Always glad to see new members everyday. Vape on
The more I think about it while typing this post, I guess it's pretty common for flashlights to have 20 to 1 threading, especially the ones that take 18650 batteries.
I was tinkering around like we all do from time to time and screwed on one of my top caps on to my flashlight light and what do...
That's exactly what I've been using for the last month. Seems to wick like a dream on everything and brings out flavor faster with no break in period really unlike regular organic cotton balls.
I haven't heard about leaking problems from anyone. Bad wicking would cause that or over tightening the glass tank on those Orings could possibly cause that. After building it and really checking it out, I don't see how it's going to leak.
