    Basically when I plug my halo tank 3 into charge the charger is blinking red It's a consistant blink which has only started occurring today Is it safe to continue using it? Or does it mean the battery is faulty??

    I'm not a beginner, but my vape shop are very interested in safety so they suggest getting a starter kit if yours switching brands to make sure you have the right chargers :) But I completely agree with you, I will recomened this kit to all beginners!
