Hi! So i've been solely using Ego batteries, and I'm getting a M11 for my u-stand. But this will be my first ever "mod." I'm so confused with the protected unprotected, flat top, non flat top, i just want to get a battery and stick it in without it blowing up on me.

Basically I bought a mini sticker off fasttech, and ive seen some tiny mechanical mod batteries that are bottom button but the size of an ego battery. anyone know what im talking about? I know it sounds confusing.
