SS nemesis are more robust, I have one that im using for about a few months now and I am glad i didnt get the copper version. Copper is a high maintainence metal and it is softer so there are more chances of dents and scratches if in case it drops or rattles un noticed.

I have the KF 3.1 ES clone from fasttech and I ended up using a 30awg wire just because the 28awg wont get underneath the screw heads. IIRC these screws are M1.6 (1.6mm metric threads)
