Nearly every eye drop sold has PG and/or VG listed as the major ingredient. If they were harmful to eyes I don't think the companies selling these would be in business long.

I'm not sure myself but my take is avoid vaping around children just because why take chances. As for non-smokers I see no real problem since an adult isn't going to be affected by the small amounts in the exhaled vapor.

As for stats, watch out for the ever popular "3 times as effective as..." Talk about loaded statements. So if agent x is 1% effective then the new product is 3 times better at 3%. Pretty poor results but 3 times better makes it sound great.
Not silly at all. It's one of the reasons people like these things so much. I found the act of smoking to be as much of a hurdle as the nic when I tried other ways to stop regular cigs.
Are you talking about the cartridges or the atomizers? The atomizers usually come with a bunch of "gooey liquid substance" to keep them from oxidizing. just blow it out if that's what it is and then with the cart off you can hold the button down for a few seconds to help evaporate whatever is left.
