okay. The coil has been on there for like two weeks now(i've changed the cotton, just not the wire) As far as i can tell it is glowing fine. The whole thing lights up evenly, if anything maybe the outside starts glowing 1/4 a second before the middle. I messed with it for like ten minutes...

So when rebuilding the coil on a kayfun and firing it, is it bad for the ends of the coil that is under the screws to smoke a little? or is that a sign to change the coil?

I fill it from the bottom fill hole, I've thought about trying to fill it from the top but just haven't wanted to go through the clean-up or losing the liquid if i screw it up.lol That plus its just easier to use the fill hole. TheMelody

So i just bought my first dripper, nothing fancy just a SmokTech RDA dripper(hence the title of this post) I put my first coil on and and i started getting a few good hits off of it. Decent vapor and flavor but now the hit quality is kind of hit or miss... I've tried looking up a good video...

I think all the seals are fine. I tried screwing in the bottom part in first(with the chimney and every attached) and did it really slow and i felt it hit the o-ring before it was half was screwed on, so im assuming its all good there. Well Ill try to figure out how to seal it a bit better...

I think i might of just sucked too much liquid into the wick chamber when i dry-hit it for my friend...lol Once i blew into the mouth piece to get it all out through the airhole, its not leaving anymore. :) I had problems with the threads not being completely sealed before, it leaked through...

Yeah, the mod i have has chromed brass parts but the chrome is starting to rub off a bit. I'm a little concerned that i might get lead on my skin and get it other places like the food i eat or whatever. I know its a bit of a silly concern just considering(from what I've read) brass these days...
