thanks. I think the coil I have in there now is a dual 26g twisted I don't remember the diameter but its like 14ish wraps on my 30mm tobh. I think single a coil build would be better.

Does anyone have any suggestions on the best coil for a 8.4v series unregulated box mod. I've been trying to build like a .5 and nothing has worked because the coils keep falling down in the deck when I am dry firing them

Hey yall, Is the Atlantis 2 safe to use with a mech mod with a hybrid top cap? I just got my Atlantis 2 the other day but haven't put it on a hybrid mod because I saw the horror stories of the OG Atlantis and the 4nine.

I have a 5 amp switch and I was running at the lowest like 0.5ohms. I know that's more then the switch can take but its still working and the melting on the battery was after the switch and the atty connector in the circuit.

To be able to have my mod handle higher amps more effectively. I melted my battery cradle a little bit on the positive end I was wondering if twisting the wires together and soldering the ends before I soldered them to my atty and switch and battery contacts would cut down on heat

also if you got a RDA with a positive block, sleeper coils are a lot easier if your building a quad coil setup. I got a busted smok caterpillar with only two posts and I use a sleeper setup and its a lot better then jamming two strands in there

I would recommend trying to make all of the coils touch. I have an rda with a 26g coil reading 1.3ohms that I use on my vamo and it takes a long time for it to heat up even at 15 watts but it also takes a long time to cool down so you might still get some vapor if your not firing and your coils...
