Yes, just the regular Cotton Candy. And as far as the peach idea goes, I'm guessing they must have some similar flavor molecules. Lots of people have tried this and it's worked, but it'll need to steep a couple days. I hope this will work for you too!

Try mixing TFA juicy peach with raspberry and it'll give you a really nice blue raspberry flavor. I found this, which is supposed to be clone of Blue Voodoo .. I've been mixing 5% Juicy Peach with 8% raspberry. That's my version of blue raspberry for now... You can also add 1% cotton candy to...

On the second mix, I would probably increase the rice crispies to about 8, marshmallow I would decrease to around 2, probably can drop the butter to .25 - 1 % tops. And then, consider adding an extra cream or two... depending on what you have. Such as, vanilla, vanilla swirl, fresh cream ... let...

Yep, those are the very same products, just the difference in the companies method of bottling and labeling. So, they would be originally made by TFA, the flavor apprentice. You should be able to find some good recipes to use those in, just in this forum ...
