Well, I've tried the mesh, four different builds, with no love on any of them. I've got one with 22ga SS at .4 ohms and another 28ga Kanthal at 1.2 ohms, both with cotton, both vape about the same, I think I like the SS build a little better but I need to swap out the top caps, I broke down and...

$9 mod, I'm not complaining, $35 mod, meh, maybe, $130 mod, yeah, I'm not happy!

Don't know the mod, so I've no idea what it costs. IF it's a high dollar mod I probably wouldn't be happy about it, but from a use and safety factor, it's not an issue.

It done ...... me off so I went cray cray on it! I tried 32ga Kanthal, didn't even get it built and knew that was wrong, so I grabbed the 22ga SS, oh yeah! Got like 10 wraps, .4 ohm coil! I know it sounds counter intuitive, but that much mass takes a long time to heat up and it vapes pretty dang...

The Petar K method, and that was my build today, kinda. I built them on a jig, spaced, installed and dry fired several times. Even now, top of the cotton is drying out! Grrrrrrrrr! I'm tilting it all but upside down. I dunno. Oh, 28ga Kanthal is the wire.

So..... Doing some old school T-puffing tonight. Got my Caravela clone and RSST's in today so I set one up, with the free juice they sent along for the ride! I've tried three builds with SS mesh, first was .7, that one kept catching on fire! Next was a 1.2 build, couldn't get the hot spots out...

Got my RSST's in today, they are Smok for anyone curious, they also came with clear tanks, I like that better. The Caravela is just gorgeous! Gotta pick the kids up ATM, but looking foreword to building and using one later today.

Why do you think I've been ordering $9 Caravela clones, $1 RSST's and $2 Squapes? They're cheap, work great and FDA proof!

Wow, flat deck, no juice well and reminds me of building Vivi Nova coils! Anyone know what mod that was? I'm sure glad it's gotten better!
