    E Liquid?

I've tried Vapor Bomb & UK based Decadent Vapours. Both are good.

I have returned to cigarettes bad experience, e-juice terrible!

Start with simple, single flavor juices. For example, I got Virginia tobacco and a fruity flavor - grape. They tasted like what it said on the label. Secondly, start with cutting down number of smokes into half. If you're a 2 PAD smoker, make it 1 PAD for a week and next week 1/2 PAD. Vape as...

    Still using an Ego setup?

I'm a few months into vaping and now trying to lower the nicotine percentage in my eliquids. The eGo batteries and T3S seem sufficient for me though I've loads of them for different flavors.

How long did your eGo batteries last?

I've had mine since I started vaping and they're still good as new.

I'm Not Sure What I'm Doing Anymore

The first 3 weeks after quitting smoking and switching to vaping, I had cravings for smokes 4 to 5 times a day, but I didn't give in. It was very difficult. Now, after being smoke free for 4 months, I've intense cravings for smoking since the past few days. I don't know why. I haven't given in...

    Does vaping cause phlegm?

I had phlegm issues for a month after quitting analogs' smoking and switching to vaping. Then, no more. I've reduced my nic levels too - between 3 to 6 mg., so it could be that. I vape mostly for flavor - no clouds. I got surgery for dental implants done 3 weeks back with zero problems.

Question for former smokers who quit with the help of e-cigarettes:

No. 3 - advanced for me was just Joyetech eGo batteries and Kanger T3S clearos.

Vaping relapse...How many times for you?

Not yet. I think of having a smoke or two, and have to remind myself not to give in to the urge as I'd started vaping to quit smoking.

    Too much nicotine

I chain vaped while trying to quit the smokes. The usual 12mg/ml nic liquid was making me light headed, so I switched to 6mg/ml and kept one clearo/tank with the 12mg/ml for a few hits. Now that I've got the cravings for smokes reduced to a minimum, I vape 6 mg/ml all day and evenings onwards...

    Joyetech eGrip PV

Thanks for the review. I'll get the eGrip when it's available here. I didn't get the MVP due to its size. I'm a new vaper who has been using Joyetech eGo batteries with various clearos.

Flavors that may contain Diacetyl, are there really this many?

Are tobacco flavors safe? Or even they require harmful chemicals to make them taste the way they do?

    Lung Damage, Lowered Capacity

Just last weekend, while gardening - watering, digging, lugging around heavy pots - no shortness of breath. Yeah, it is for real. :) I'm 50+, smoked for 27 years, and had started getting winded even while walking briskly, climbing stairs or gardening. Also, the raspy sounding breathing while...

    6 Days

Yes! Don't give in or give up. It's tough to deal with the anxiety/cravings. What strengthens my resolve is that I know if I tell myself it's alright to smoke one or two, I may again end up lighting up more and more each day. Better to be smoke free and vape.

    Liquid darkening

Yes, the ones you have, the CE4s are the disposable ones that don't work for long. The bottom coils which can be replaced are better. Also, you need to blow out water from the center air hole of the clearomizer after washing and also eliquid if you get it in there by mistake while filling up.
