If your referring to the mvp2 or the vvv3 then yes, it comes with everything you need except for juice. I payed a little more for my mvp2 ($50) but I got mine locally because I just had to have it right then and there.

If you liked your iTaste VV so much, i would recommend another one as i think iTaste makes great products. I believe that product you saw is the itaste VTR, which i think is almost the same as the mvp 2 but goes up to 15 watts i believe but i could be wrong, and i also think you loose the USB...

My mvp 2 that i just got 3 days ago shows my 2.0 ohm iClear 16 at exactly 2.0 ohms and my iClear 30 at 1.8 ohm just like it should. Maybe the coils you purchased are marked incorrectly?

From what i have been reading/watching on youtube, i should be trimming the wick flush with the first part of the tank right above the the coil (the stainless part just below the clear area) please correct me if im wrong though.

Yea the iClear 30 is a POS excuse my french lol. The iClear 16 on the other hand out performs the 30 in every way possible IMO, and another thing about the 30 that i hated the first second i used it with that rotating drip tip, what a terrible idea.
