How many times have you ordered? I have 12 orders under my belt and I just got one in 7 days had another in 8 days. My problem is not fasttech but Canada Post. I know that the packages get to customs in 1 or 2 days. Customs seems to just have no sense of organization or system of prioritization...

Well time for shock and awe..items I ordered on the 8th of October just cleared. So 2 days from time of order to received in Canada. Meanwhile my other two orders are still unchanged!!! Ridiculous!

The items were in Canada before that, although the holiday did screw up another of my orders but that had simply to do with restocking!

I think the problem is Canada Post. I've heard that they are terrible for international, haven't had a problem myself till now though!
