There still is a small amount of nickle in the SS430 but you won't notice it unless you have an alergy to it. I would look at the cloupor thread and see if anyone has used it yet.- seanol

Glad that helped. I looked for TLDR as well and just decided to write one. Only issue you will have is the TCR. It is .00136 but Steam Engine has no curve for it yet. Main reason I use SS430 over other wire is resistance and dry burn. I have a 2.5mm ID, 8 wrap SS dual coil config at .31 ohms (DNA200). That in Grade 1 Ti would be .16 or so. Just a comment on the BG posts, I have a Kayfun V4 and all I hear on the forums is how tough to wick, leaks, etc... I used rayon from the start and I have never had issues. I was using it for 2 months before I realized that the juice control should be closed when filling! I still don't close it...- seanol

Try 28g, 6 wrap as well. I found those easier to fit in the claustrophobic build deck but I used 35 watts on those. For me this was a huge step up. My K4 tastes great but just does not have the vapor production. With the mini I get both. -

Yeah, and it is supposed to get better! If I was a cloud chaser and chain vaper i could see using this thing up in 4-6 hours. But I vape like I smoked, I take a break every hour or so and vape about as long as before. This is just what I was looking for! Very happy with the mod overall. -
