    I have mixed my Hangsen RY4 too strong, (13%). Can I dilute back down to say 6.5% and will the flavor return? I think I was too impatient with the mixture and kept adding thinking it would improve. WRONG! Its been steeping for about a month. Any advice would be appreciated.
