I didn't. I had no idea what that was before I arrived at this thread. If I understand, i soak them in alcohol, install them, and fire the battery for a bit, right? I plan on doing this with new head when i get some.

I don't know my exact voltages as I have no meter, I just dial up or down based on throat hit. I do vape pretty hot compared to others I know who vape.
