The last couple of new mod boxes I have opened have had a black piece of plastic about 15x25x.5mm. Can anybody tell me its purpose ?

I ended up ordering a Pico 21700. If it had a door and a lower tank deck it would be ideal imo but it should keep me in business for now and we'll see if the mod gods shine on me in the future.

That's where it (whatever sells most) doesn't add up. I would imagine all the conflicting facts/propaganda would create a lot of interest (sales) but the general media seems to be blatantly one-sided. Eg. global warming is generally presented from different angles to produce sales.

I thought I would try this as a first option, he has had some serious lung health issues, smokes heavily but is keen to vape if I can find something that doesn't make him cough.
