Welcome Howie--don't worry about a few smokes when just starting out--I was a dual user for 3 months before I finally quit the stinkys altogether.
I went thru pretty much the same progression of e-cigs as Sir2 posted a pic of above.
I tried a bunch of different flavors but never could find one I...
Taste is an intensely personal thing.
I never really found an ADV. I noticed that even with flavors that I really enjoyed at first-- they wore out quickly. I have therefore been vapeing unflavored for the past 3 months. I'm quite happy with that. It also makes DYI very easy too.
I played around...
I apologize to the original poster--didn't mean to come off as a flipant smarta$$ about lowering your nic content. I honestly didn't know about insurance practices.
I live in a house with 3 other smokers too and found it impossible to let go of the last 3 to 5 cigs a day until I went to WTA...
Did anybody actually watch the show?
The guy got convicted on some pretty flimsy evidence--the States nicotene expert didn't much impress me.
A lot of the conviction rests on the fact that the jury just assumend Nicotene is a deadly poison--that evidence wasn't even questioned.
I've used...
I have a friend of mine who smoked just like I did--2 PAD for more than 40 years. He picked up an e-cig and never lit up another analog.
I'd like to beat him with a stick!
It took me 3 months of dual usage but it eventually happened--without too much stress.
I'm grateful for that--been almost 3...
There is one thing you reminded me of about smoking analogs that I had forgotten.
I have never found a vaping rig that I can carry around in my mouth.
Like you I work with my hands all day long--I used to have a cig hanging out of my mouth most of the time--head tilted to one side and squinting...
I was a dual user for 3 months--stopped the analogs completely almost 3 months ago.
I tend to chain vape at the computer--worked late the other nite as I have a fire plan I have to have finished by this thursday and I'm trying to get it done so I can go back into retirement.
Night before last I...
That looks like the exact same thing I started on.
Battery might need to be charged--if its broken throw it away
That cleromizer is junk throw it away--get a CE-5 clero with BVC (bottom verticle coil) and if the battery will hold a charge put some juice in it and you are ready to go.
I have 2- Istick 20W with Nautilis Mini--had them for over 2 months now. I love them
I'm very careful when I remove my tanks to refill them because of what I have heard on here--so far no problems
I vape at 3.7 V and 7.2W and it reads the ohm's at 1.6 or 1.5 and I realize those readings may not...
Its the Drip Tip--for me anyway. Maybe its the electricity in my body or something. I can take an ordinary carpentry nail and touch any tooth in my mouth with it and I get a shock. Just like chewing on a piece of tin foil.
Swapped out my drip tips to wood glass or plastic--no more shocks.
Welcome Xcro--
thank you for your and your husbands service.
Your husband is deployed and you have a 2-year old to look after so you have every right to be a little depressed.
I have had to deal with depression from PTSD for more than 40 years--Please don't stress yourself out over a few...
I mostly vape 24mg 100%VG onmy Nautilis Mini with Istick 20W.
Long slow pulls--mouth to lung hit
Istick 20W at 3.7v 7.2 W--but this Istick is notorious for not reading wattage accurately
