Yes you can. I know on my troll if I take the whole top airflow controller off, a normal chuff cap will then fit. But I dont use it like that. It would be to much airflow for me. I use the chuff meant for it and keep it at 2 slots open one closed.

I would clean it even if you dont see anything. I clean all rda's now when i get them scrubbing with a toothbrush and dishsoap. I made the mistake of not cleaning my first ever rda.. never again. Horrible nasty metal like taste.

Also im unfamiliar with the clt but if it has more airflow it will give more clouds. Also get a chuff cap for your haze if you dont already have one. Allows you to move more air through
