i rebuilt my KC with resistance wire only,kanthol ribbon 32g. No problems its working fine after the first few hits to break it in. I do have a problem though. My KC doesn't leak, but every time I refill it in the AGR tank through the top fill hole I get about 30 drops leak out the bottom...

but do e-cig suppliers in DE need to obtain a tobacco retail license to sell e-cigarettes? This is very important as I plan on opening a B&M in Delaware in the near future.
