Your build is to high of resistance for a mech i dont do anything above .4 on my mech otherwise its heats to slowly. On a regulated mod the resistance doesn't matter because you can push the same amount of power with any resistance.

I do love the high powered box mods but still use my mech as a back up.

I have the same issue sometimes on my ivp3 but it reading the wrong resistance shouldnt affect the performance at all being your controlling the wattage anyway.

Its not wicking enough juice. Try less cotton you probably have to much and its choking off before it gets inside the coil.

I really am wondering about your battery is only rated for 20 amps continuous and at that resistance your pulling more than that.
