In my dripper I use 6mg or 3mg. More than that and it is too harsh, but I get my nicotine fix and buzz. With atomizers and cartomizers, you might need a little more because of the little power it uses.

If it is something you enjoy, then go ahead. You won't become addicted because of no nicotine. But PLEASE if you have never been a smoker, do not become addictive. Vaping is amazing but it also costs money. Especially unnecessary money is you do not need it.

They tell you not to use a high VG blend in cartomizers and such. I had that problem in my aerotank also. Stick to a 50/50 blend unless you are dripping.

I usually vape all kinds of juices from ECBlends. But I just picked up a bottle of Betty by Pin Up Vapors and it is one of the best flavors I have every tried.

Do a little research on the battery and charger. Most decent batteries I have seen do not come with a charger. And please for the love of everything make sure either of those two do not have "Fire" in the name. It is just off brand junk that can potentially harm you.
