Has anyone mentioned or considered taking some liquid to a local University and having it tested there? I know some of the larger state universities had the equipment necessary to do so. One that immediately pops into my mind is University of Washington.

I would say as far as strength goes the same rating scheme for our current E-Liquid could suffice. You wouldn't want to go to far and end up with Caffeine Intoxication. The half-life is also a longer 3-4 hours as opposed to the 2 hours with nic.
