Yes, the iStick is great. I love it too. Just remember to screw in your atomizer gently (every time!) or the rubber under the 510 connection pin will wear out quickly and it will show you the "No Atomizer" warning, because it can't connect to the atomizer anymore.

I would recommend a ProVari P3. It's not a box mod, if that's specifically what you're looking for. But it's a really great device. It's does not have every fancy function you can imagine, but it works every single time you press the button. And so you will always have a reliable backup device.
