13 watts on a 1.8 is 4.84 volts. In my onion that is too high. Try bringing your watts down to around 8watts. And if you are hitting it so rapidly, in order to get your fix, you should think about increasing your nic levels on your juice.

The DNA boards don't show any indication of charging. The only indicator is that little red light that you saw on the usb board. It will turn green when it is fully charged. The only other way to tell if it is charging is to leave it charging for a while and see if the battery indicator has moved.

Any pre-made coil is expensive compared to re-buildables...they're easier than you think.
