ive had similar idea regarding using CF...let me know how it is... you can heat that stuff with a torch and it wont burn, but im not sure how great it will actually wick though. When i applied resin to my CF parts sometimes id have dry spots.

Open up your airflow, and make sure the cotton on the kayfun isnt blocking the air either. Make sure the cotton is tight as well.

Try the kayfun top fill cap guys, no more bottom fill, best modification ive made to it. Also increases capacity a bit.

Technically e-cigarettes were invented by the Chinese, so all these American, European, etc...companies which are designing e-cigarettes are actually violating the Chinese patent - if there is a patent. So dont feel guilty for buying a clone. I know my wallet feels better when i tell it that.
