    Yes I did, They finaly shiped my stuff Fed Ex on the 6th. It should be here on the 9th. I'll give them that the customer servace skills are good. They apologized again and are sending me an extra atomizer. But they have a searious lack of comunacation skills.

    I take it back about what I said earlyer. I have sent Crown 7 two emails and have yet to hear back from them about my order I placed for the "mini hydro". After they sent me the eMail saying they were back ordered on the Multi-Flavor pack and that changeing the order will make it ship faster...

    I ordered mine on December 29th. I still have yet to hear from Crown 7 that my order has been shiped. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt that maybe they are backed up due to the holiday. I think I will give them till Saturday before I start eMailing. :)
