Nic for me as I have tried no nic but get that "black fog" in my brain if I don't get enough nic in my system. The flavors keep vaping from being boring though I do flavorless at times. Ex-dipper so no hand-to-mouth issues. In all reality if I could get off nic I would stop vaping.
