I have both the PT3 mini and K1. Both are great. PT3M is low capacity but easier to clean between flavor changes, but its tip is small and limited . K1 looks sharper IMO but not as easy to clean out if u change flavors a lot, it can use more different drip tips and coils are easier to find IMO...
I agree it would fry them but he said it wasn't doing that the first few coils. Either eat get in a regulated mod and don't just prime the coils but condition them by starting a well primed (wet) coil at the lowest possible wattage and take several puffs at each .3w increments till u get up in...
I agree with the original post 100%. To do over I'd have appreciated a recommendation to get an istick 30w with a nautilus (or equivelant) then later get a subtank. Same mod would be great for both.
You can put anyone of them on there. If it is loose there is a fix. When I had my loose tips on my Nautilus I fixed with a special tape. If you go to the hardware store there is a special metal tape AC installers use to wrap insulation ducts together or cover leaks like you find in the attic...
Hum, I thought I saw an online reveiw where they said the clear Peek insulators were the replacement and the white ones that came with prototypes were the old ones that had a "funny" flavor. Do I have that backwards? Can you link where we should write in to ask for replacements?
Sounds like coil went out again. Slurrping is flooding with juice. sizzling means coil is working if you hear no sizzling, sounds like coil is dead already. Do you have a spare tank with coil that works to test that its not your mod (battery aside)?
Yes, I prime by putting a drop down the hole and letting it sit for a few minutes, then taking few NO power dry puffs to prime the wicks some more. BUT condition the new coils by starting at your mods lowest setting and do several puffs, then going up 0.3watts at a time, puffing 3-5 times at...
I agree with all of your comments here. I too was pleased with the Aspire ETS. If you must get an inexpensive tank, the Aspire ETS and K1 are great little tanks. Actually the ETS with 3ml is not so small but medium capacity. It looks like it only holds 1.5-2ml but is all hollow in side and...
LOL, yes it is. While I'll use my nano on my istick 30w for personal use. I think I will pop it on the mini 10w with 1.2 coil and show it off a bit. I see so many people with mvp 20w/Nautilus set ups that look so large by comparison with small clounds. Puffing a vape cloud 3x bigger and half...
I've ordered twice from MVS and have been very pleased.
My constructive feedback?
1. On my iphone, using standard webpage, I have trouble selecting links on the drag down menus and must open in another tab to get them to open.
2. Have Cuttwood juice
3. You have a great template going right...
Yep, that was me too! When you pop a new coil in and after you prime and let sit for a min or two, condition coil. Start at lowest wattage and hit power for 1-3 seconds then go up 0.3 watts at a time till you get to 8-9 watts. Slower you do the brake in the better. Don't understand why but...
Kanger Subtank 2.0? Well not yet but lets start the wishlist for Kanger to see. Most of us saw how Kanger did great improvements on the original subtank when they made the Mini and Nano, but what about the original? What about the threat from Joytech's New Delta II tank? Post your suggestions...
Ya, I have learned just replace them. 4 days to you and me is someone elses 2 week if they vape less. Don't take those accounts too seriously, plus the type of juices make a huge difference.
Great pics fleck. I think you are correct sir. I had a smaller coil and was light on the wick (compared to stock) and it too got burnt dry hits. I think you have the right idea. Thicker wire and suffecient wick are the key on this.
