I made a dual clapton coil that is 26 wrapped in 30. The resistance is the same is if I had not wrapped it with 30. Why is that? Whats happening? its 5/6 wrap, 1/8" and it comes in at ~.5 ohms (with dual coils). Is the 30 just acting as an insulator and being heated by the 26? Or vice versa?
