High vg takes some flavor away and you will be replacing coild more often but much bigger clouds. ..pg will have more flavor but smaller clouds and a harsher throat hit...I personally use and love 70vg 30pg...that's what works for me. Good luck

I personally use 26 gauge kanthal with koh gen do....vape shops have it and it's cheap as hell...I used to use cotton and it's just as goof, but koh gen do (for me) is easier to work with...for a good 1 ohm coil I normally use a #00 screw driver to wrap my coild
