I mixed it for 3mg of nicotine (100% pg) 8% FA pancake, 5% FA ripe strawberry and 3% FA maple syrup. The only substitution I made was the ripe strawberry brand and maple syrup brand, which I just didn’t have on hand so I used FA instead of the suggested brands, the rest, was 100% VG, in a 30ml...

Just started Making my own, much better than what I have bought. As for trial and error, yes, it definitely happens, but it’s been fun and I have learned a lot on this site. The folks here are amazingly helpful. It’s been a lot of fun, and it’s good knowing what is going into my juice.

One last question, what percent of flavor do you use? I’m aware that it will vary depending on the flavor and probably the brand, but I have been using 16% as a general rule. Is this too much, not enough, a good starting point?

Having the same issue with mine. I've tried adjusting the bottom contact screw, cleaning the contacts, etc. If I pull the cover off 2-3 times the batteries read properly. This happens throughout the day, with no clear sign of any particular scenario. Very frustrating, I loved it before it...
