The thing is, there's no real scientific data to say that it's safe to vape, or that it's harmful to vape. It will likely be quite a few years before we have that kind of scientific data. There are some rather strong opinions though, which is why I don't think the discussion belongs here -...

The most accurate answer is "we don't know". Search the forum and you'll find some lengthy discussions about these ingredients, but I don't believe a Recipes thread is the place for those types of discussions. Oh, and welcome to ECF! :)
