No need to desolder the 510. Just remove the 3 screws on top. And no need to add more glue. The existing glue should be enough to stick the wood back on

I had the same issue. Turns out one of the negative contacts came loose. Some soldering fixed it. Posted a pic on page 21

Found the culprit. Soldered it and all good now. Cheers!

Thanks for the tip FreeZen. Looks like it's the negative connection near the door that's not working. Any chance I can pop up the negative connections easily?

It does when I insert one battery in the innermost slot. But it doesn't power up when I insert one battery in the outer one, near the battery door

Can you please post pictures of the battery sled? Is it possible to check the sled connections without disassembling the rest of the mod? My Therion is not discharging the battery that sits under the 510 connection
