It is a GG Super Slim, not sure if it is aluminum? I will take and post a picture later today when I change the carto. I don't want to fiddle with it too much and have it snap off. My backup hasn't been delivered yet and I would hate to break it before that gets here.

I dropped my GGslim, and at the time it had a 901-510 adapter on it with a 510 carto. The carto top broke off but the metal threaded part is still in the adapter. Any hints to get the threaded metal part out? I tried a needlenose for a few minutes but I didn't want to damage it or make it...

MWA was right, it was the hardware not the batteries. I disconnected and reconnected on another device (GGS) and it was fine. I guess the adapter I ordered wasn't sitting right on my GGSS. I put the GGSS back together and made sure the adapter was tight and it worked. Thanks MWA and...

I have old and new batteries. Is there a reason when I hit the switch (ggss) it only fires for 2 seconds. Should I only use new batts and not combine them?

I tried to contact you on your site. I followed a few links and still didn't find an email or phone number. I asked my question here and got it answered. Not everyone knows about ECF. I think you should make your contact info more prominent on your site.

Hey Rob, I just ordered the new 510 cartos to use on my GGSS, then I realized the GGSS cant use 510's.:facepalm: I tried to cancel my order but it is already processing. Order # 21150 Is there a adapter that will work? Is there any way to cancel/edit my order?
