    mini pipe, which battery?

EDO, Even if I tried to bend the tabs a little the battery still wouldn't work. The 15266s have a higher positive post in the center and when you try to put the cap on it sits too high to engage in the tabs on the bowl. You would have to bend them too far to make contact. I even ground down...

    mini pipe, which battery?

Well I finally received the 15266 (CR2) batteries from Hong Kong and they will not fit. Just a tad bit (maybe .5 to 1mm) too wide. I used a Dremel to ream out the inside diameter of the battery compartment and got them to fit inside the bowl, but they are just a tad bit too long also. You...

Mini Pipe atomizer review....the results are in!

I have 3 of the original Lady Pipe atomizers and all 3 are still going strong. I have not cleaned them since I got them other than just blowing them out and I've not had any problems. All 3 still vaping strong although 1 may be starting to decrease in performace slightly.

    Mini Pipe....holy mackerel!!!

Thanks for the info Cellmeister. So since the batteries I ordered are 15266s what does the last 6 represent? In other words, the batteries should measure 15mm by 26mm or would the last 6 represent .6 and the length would measure 26.6mm? Sorry if this is a dumb question, I'm just wondering...

    Mini Pipe....holy mackerel!!!

EDO, The original batteries are 14250. I measured them and they are 14mm in diameter and 25mm in length. The ones I ordered are 15266, so they should measure 15mm in diameter and 26.6mm in length. To sum it up, the ones I ordered are 1mm larger in diameter and 1.6mm larger in...

    Mini Pipe....holy mackerel!!!

EDO...I'm glad your tweeking of the tabs worked for you. I think I'll give that a try too...Mines not too loose but it could use a little snugging up. As far as the batteries I ordered...They fully charge to 4.2V also. Everything I have read on them really makes me believe the will work...

    Mini Pipe....holy mackerel!!!

No I haven't received the batteries yet. I just got the shipping notice from them today and it says it will take between 7 and 16 days to arrive. They are coming from Hong Kong. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that they will work. I'm pretty sure they will though. I think there is more than...

Initial Thoughts On The Mini Pipe

Ted, I posted this on the other Lady Pipe thread from today and thought it may intrest you too...These are 3.6V 600mAh. Check this out. I think these batteries will work too. They are 15266 (CR2) which is slightly larger than the 14250s but only by about a mm in width and length. I think...

    Mini Pipe....holy mackerel!!!

Check this out. I think these batteries will work too. They are 15266 (CR2) which is slightly larger than the 14250s but only by about a mm in width and length. I think they will fit in the battery compartment on the Lady Pipe. I just ordered the set that comes with the charger and 2...

    Lady Pipe Batteries???

yvilla, Thank you for your very enlightening battery lesson. It was very useful and full of a wealth of knowledge. Trog, You need to lighten up a bit, Dude. I told you I was no electrical engineer or guru. No need to slam somebody on here. I was just trying to learn. On the other hand...

    Lady Pipe Batteries???

I just measured the Lady Pipe Battery and it would definitely be a 14250 battery. It measures 14mm x about 25mm and per Trog's instructions below that would equate to a 14250 battery. I think the inside diameter and depth of the battery compartment in the Lady Pipe would take a 15270...

Thank you all for your inputs...Not only are we becoming expert vapers, but battery experts too. Vince...Great find, Dude!!! I don't want to rain on your parade, but I'm still not sure that one will work either. It's rated at 300mAh...If I remember correctly these atomizers take around 1,000...

    Lady Pipe Batteries???

I went to Radio Shak yesterday to look for these same batteries and found out that they are not rechargeable. I don't know enough about Lithium batteries to know the difference, but I'm fairly certain the 14250 batteries are not rechargeable. I tried to read a little about the Lithium-Ion...

    Lady Pipe Batteries???

Vince, Thanks, but again I don't think those are rechargeable, are they? They may be worth it though if they last a long time, but I prefer to get rechargeable spares if I can find them.

I'm not sure this post is on the correct thread, so Mods feel free to move it to where you feel it belongs. I just receive a Lady Pipe RS-888 and it is totally awesome. Tons of vapor and a great throat hit. I just have one small problem. One of the batteries only holds a charge for about 2...
