Hi Kurt I read on another thread that you have some experience with TPA Asian RY4- describing it as having a caramel maple note. I'm working on a new recipe and have tried pretty much every maple out there and none really have a true maple taste. Was wondering if tpa asian ry4 might fit the bill...

JimD I saw on another thread that you have a waffle recipe using Capella's waffle and Fa cookie. Does capellas waffle have a good maple flavor built into the flavor?

How you think it compares to TFA Caramel Original? I notice a rich maple note to TFAs. There is 2 FW Caramels- salted caramel and caramel candy.
