I thought it was too which is why I replaced the atomizer but I don't know what else would be creating the short. It seems like it has something to do with the negative pin because that's what gets hot first but I don't know at this point

So I just got a new atomiser, the subtank Mini, so there isn't a problem with the coils, cleaned the bottom out and the rest of the mod, and I've changed the spring. It's been getting really hot on the bottom off and on for months now but now it's not firing at all. I don't understand what else...
