I know this fact about acrolein and VG since a year and that's why I mainly use PG. Tendentially PG only, while if I happen to receive a 50/50 (or so) e-liquid I tend to mix it with 40-50% of PG (bottle bought at the chemist's) for both purposes of cutting down VG and nicotine.

They look nice, just one thing IMO (a small suggestion): I would avoid a "forced stretch" of the image to fit that rectangle (for instance, pin-up is a bit stretched, Van Gogh is extremely stretched :D). So in other words to fill the rectangular space keeping the proportions of original image.
